Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end employee deployment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel records and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and the verification of timesheets and leave balances.
- Coordinate HR-related events, orientations, and training sessions to foster company culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the recruitment team by preparing interview schedules and feedback documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and internal HR regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or deployment roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
