Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, handling inquiries, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
- Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related needs and workforce planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, General HR, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
