In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and fully compliant execution of payroll for all employees at the Philippines site. As a Payroll Analyst at Sagility, you will act as the guardian of our financial data. Your work directly affects the livelihood of our employees, making accuracy and reliability your top priorities. You will collaborate closely with the finance and HR teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure that every employee is paid correctly and on time. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing for the Philippines site with 100% accuracy.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and BIR requirements.
  • Process payroll adjustments, tax filings, and statutory remittances in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related employee inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and HR departments to verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll reports and records for audit and analysis purposes.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and payroll tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing in the Philippines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Tax Code, BIR regulations, and statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).
  • Proficiency in using payroll software or HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
