Join Clearview Takeoffs as our HR & Payroll Manager and lead our Philippines operations while collaborating with our US-based team. This pivotal role requires expertise in payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and tax management to ensure seamless HR operations across borders. You'll be instrumental in maintaining employee records, implementing company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Philippines-based employees, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
- Oversee compliance with Philippine labor laws, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR tax regulations
- Serve as primary HR liaison for employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation
- Collaborate with US team to align HR systems, processes, and international compliance standards
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax filings, and government-mandated documentation
- Develop and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, employee files, and policy handbooks
- Analyze HR metrics to identify improvement areas and implement strategic HR initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR and payroll management with multinational companies
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial and data management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge US-Philippines operations
- Certification in HR or Payroll (e.g., PHR, CPP) is highly preferred
