Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees
- Ensure timely salary disbursements and statutory contributions
- Handle employee payroll queries and disputes resolution
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Collaborate with finance on payroll audits and compliance
- Support HR operations including leave management and onboarding
- Implement and improve payroll systems and processes
- Ensure adherence to Singapore labor laws and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore CPF and labor regulations
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
