In this high-impact role, you'll lead daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment initiatives including sourcing strategies, walk-in interviews, mass hiring campaigns, and proactive talent hijacking. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs while maintaining a robust talent pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Conduct daily recruitment activities: flyering, walk-in interviews, and mass hiring events
- Develop and maintain proactive talent sourcing strategies through digital channels and direct outreach
- Manage recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms to meet departmental hiring targets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS systems and generate hiring analytics
- Ensure positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, headhunting)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse candidate profiles
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals)
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring campaigns while maintaining quality standards
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire)
