Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide hiring recommendations

Kualifikasi
