Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide hiring recommendations
- Implement and optimize recruitment workflows using HRIS systems
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced retail or F&B industry
- Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assess candidate competencies effectively
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines
- Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics and process improvement
