In this role, you'll ensure seamless HR operations while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor regulations. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, manage recruitment pipelines, and develop engaging onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost workplace satisfaction
- Administer HR documentation including contracts, performance reviews, and compliance records
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure data security compliance
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
