Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various departments.
- Utilize social media platforms, professional networks, and industry connections to actively source passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and conduct effective interviews.
- Enhance Woh Hup’s employer brand through campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and engaging content creation.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and high retention rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular performance reports.
- Stay current with local labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliant and effective recruitment practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist roles, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s employment laws, labor regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JobStreet, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
