Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations and company values
- Manage performance management systems and employee development programs
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
- Conduct disciplinary actions and workplace conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with supervisory background
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified HR Professional (PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry advantageous
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations
