Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records using our HRIS system
- Process and verify timesheets for all employees, including calculating overtime, night differential, and holiday pay
- Monitor employee attendance patterns and report any unusual or concerning trends to HR management
- Assist in resolving attendance discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Collaborate with payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
- Prepare attendance reports for management review and decision-making
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee time and attendance data
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping and compensation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR timekeeping, payroll, or related administrative functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and record-keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping and compensation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
