Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures ensuring seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files in compliance with company policies
- Support employee relations initiatives and serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries
- Assist in organizing training programs and professional development activities
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, reports, and policy updates
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and leave management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
