Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and management systems for the toll road project
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all construction phases
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
- Coordinate regulatory compliance with local and national HSE authorities (K3, BPPT, etc.)
- Deliver targeted safety training programs for all project personnel and contractors
- Monitor environmental compliance including waste management, emissions, and ecological protection
- Manage HSE documentation, reporting, and performance metrics
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding safety performance and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of HSE management experience in large-scale construction projects
- Valid K3 Umum and SMK3 certifications (Indonesian HSE qualifications)
- Proven track record in toll road or infrastructure project safety management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian OSH regulations (Permenaker No. 5/2018) and environmental standards
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis capabilities
- Experience managing contractor compliance and safety performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
