Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational growth
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Partner with senior leadership to provide HR guidance on workforce planning and organizational development
- Design and implement performance management systems, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with business partnership focus
- Proven track record in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking ability with experience in driving organizational change
