You will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding—while ensuring strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement and talent optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, rules, and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
- Oversee employee relations, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Act as a change management champion during organizational transitions and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or HR Management role.
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of Philippine labor laws, rules, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing performance management systems.
- CPHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
