- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Support recruitment initiatives including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and benefits analysis to maintain competitive offerings
- Facilitate employee relations programs addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture
- Prepare comprehensive HR reports for leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with department heads to address organizational development needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR analytics or talent management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (Excel, SAP HR)
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex workforce data
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP) is preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
