As a vital part of our operations, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee retention. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding of new hires. Beyond hiring, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling inquiries and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment. Your expertise will also be utilized in administering employee benefits, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate personnel records. Furthermore, you will design and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our workforce, driving productivity and engagement. By staying abreast of labor laws and updating internal policies, you will ensure the company remains a compliant and efficient workplace. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Administer employee benefits packages, manage payroll processing, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop and conduct training programs and workshops to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.
