You will also focus on employee relations, acting as the bridge between management and staff to foster a positive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee compensation and benefits administration and design training and development programs that drive career growth for our employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the Human Resources department.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in strict compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR supervision or management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
