Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive employee training and development programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all departments
- Create and maintain succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning materials
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through metrics and feedback
- Partner with department managers to create individual development plans for employees
- Stay current with HR development trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions
- Manage the training budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR development, training, or talent management
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and HRIS platforms
- Proven ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective presentations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
- Certification in HR development, training, or related field is a plus
