Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of technical talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and labor regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
