Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talents.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and payroll processes accurately and on time.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in performance management and talent retention strategies to drive business success.
- Maintain accurate HR records and data management systems for reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices specific to Singapore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
