  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job specifications
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Implement talent management programs including performance reviews and development plans
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
  • Manage HRIS systems to track candidate progress and generate recruitment reports

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in Malaysia
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are advantageous
