- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job specifications
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Implement talent management programs including performance reviews and development plans
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
- Manage HRIS systems to track candidate progress and generate recruitment reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in Malaysia
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruitment analytics
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are advantageous
