Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Support employee relations activities by addressing employee inquiries and maintaining HR records
  • Help organize and facilitate employee training and development programs
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation
  • Contribute to HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files and updating HR databases
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
  • Help prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is an advantage
