Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the HR team to execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and performance management frameworks
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through culture-building programs, recognition systems, and feedback mechanisms
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive market alignment and regulatory compliance
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a positive work environment
- Design and execute organizational development programs, including leadership training and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize workforce planning and resource allocation
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Deep expertise in Malaysian labor laws (EA, SOCSO, EPF, Employment Act 1955)
- Proven track record in developing HR strategies for manufacturing or trading companies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics to drive business decisions
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team development
- Professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) highly desirable
