Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across all departments
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Design and implement employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
  • Administer HR policies, benefits administration, and maintain accurate employee records
  • Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent gaps
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR regulations
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles
  • Proven track record in sourcing candidates across diverse industries and positions
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment software (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) is highly desirable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced logistics environment
