Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for server and rack production lines
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Design production layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and throughput
- Conduct time studies and process simulations to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with production teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools
- Experience with time studies and workflow analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
