Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement process improvements for permits, inspections, and unit turnover workflows
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies
- Develop standardized procedures and documentation for quality control systems
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
- Create performance metrics and KPIs to track operational efficiency
- Conduct time-motion studies and workflow analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or construction operations
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and process mapping tools
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Philippine construction permits and inspection protocols
