Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure systems to support business operations
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize infrastructure
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across all infrastructure components
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and scaling needs
- Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
- Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents in a timely manner
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our infrastructure
- Participate in infrastructure planning and capacity management activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or related roles
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, and cloud technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)
- Understanding of security principles and best practices for infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
