Join M&J Supply Chain Services as an Infrastructure Engineer and play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational excellence of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will oversee critical infrastructure systems, including Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical networks, water supply, compressed air, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will ensure seamless factory operations while adhering to strict safety standards and TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) regulations. We are looking for a proactive professional who is passionate about energy efficiency and predictive maintenance to drive our sustainability goals forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions and ensure regulatory compliance across all engineering assets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain LV/MV electrical systems and factory infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with TNB regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee water treatment, air compression, and HVAC systems.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility consumption.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Lead or assist in safety inspections and risk assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in factory infrastructure or plant engineering.
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of TNB regulations and electrical codes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
- Charge man certificate is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
