- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value insurance clients across diverse industry segments

- Stay updated on insurance market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account performance and market analysis
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in client relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management within the insurance sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Deep understanding of insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIP, LOMA) are highly advantageous
