Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting
- Proven track record in preparing market submissions and negotiating terms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex risks
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Professional certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) highly desirable
