As a key member of our Environment, Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) analyses
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees on various EHS topics
- Implement and monitor 5S methodology to maintain workplace organization and safety
- Coordinate internal and external EHS audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Manage scheduled waste handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with environmental regulations
- Investigate workplace incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures
- Promote and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of EHS regulations and standards in Malaysia
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
