In this pivotal role, you will support our senior estimators in executing complex quantity takeoffs and conducting thorough cost analysis for a variety of projects, with a specific focus on concrete and specialty flooring applications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the senior estimating team with detailed quantity takeoffs for concrete and specialty flooring projects.
- Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review and verify subcontractor bids and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare detailed reports and summary sheets for project managers.
- Collaborate with project management to ensure estimates align with project scopes and timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in construction estimating, quantity surveying, or a related role.
- Familiarity with construction materials, particularly concrete and flooring systems.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, or similar software is a strong plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
