- Coordinate between landlord leasing teams and internal BK departments on all project-related matters
- Manage project timelines and milestones for new restaurant developments
- Facilitate communication between contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for construction projects
- Document and maintain project records, contracts, and correspondence
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and resolve operational issues
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, leasing, or construction (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
