We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technician - Calibration to join our dynamic team in Ipoh, Perak.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the precision and reliability of our critical manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with senior technicians to perform routine calibrations, document findings accurately, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or an aspiring technician to gain hands-on experience in a world-class environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily calibration and maintenance of optical and mechanical instruments using specialized testing equipment.
- Document calibration procedures, results, and deviations in accordance with ISO standards and company protocols.
- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing non-functioning lab equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the calibration lab.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of measurement systems, metrology, and calibration principles.
- Familiarity with hand tools, digital multimeters, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety regulations.
