Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across multiple project sites
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all work sites
- Manage labor resources, schedules, and equipment allocation efficiently
- Inspect work quality and materials to ensure adherence to specifications
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor construction workers to enhance productivity and skills
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to municipal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive construction management experience
- Certification in Construction Safety Management (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction methodologies
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with budget tracking and resource optimization
- Valid government-issued construction supervisor license
- Physical capability to work in demanding outdoor environments
