Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land management or regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in GIS software and land surveying technologies
- Deep understanding of Philippine property laws and environmental regulations
- Certification in Land Management or Environmental Planning preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel within the Bicol Region for site inspections
