Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise field surveys using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning equipment
- Prepare detailed land survey reports, CAD drawings, and legal documentation
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on construction site layout verification
- Manage survey data processing using GIS and specialized survey software
- Ensure compliance with local land regulations and surveying standards
- Train junior surveyors and maintain equipment calibration protocols
- Oversee boundary demarcation for land development projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering
- Professional land surveying license/certification required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in land surveying projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and GIS applications
- Strong understanding of Malaysian land survey regulations
- Ability to work in remote field conditions with physical stamina
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
