- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for crew and zees in assigned regions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions using diverse delivery methods
- Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and feedback
- Maintain and update learning content to reflect industry best practices
- Support implementation of learning management systems and training technologies
- Document training activities and maintain compliance with organizational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate training or learning development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Ability to design curriculum and create instructional materials
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
