Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on aircraft systems, components, and structures to ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate technical records, reports, and documentation required for regulatory certification and audits.
- Investigate non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance teams and engineering departments to ensure timely resolution of technical and quality-related queries.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, maintenance release procedures, and industry best practices.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to demonstrate compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Review and approve work orders and maintenance release documents before final sign-off.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Licensed Aircraft Engineer (AME) certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance or quality assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., CAAM, EASA, FAA) and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office applications.
