Join Planters Products, Inc. as a Licensed Civil Engineer and drive excellence in facility management across our Makati operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the comprehensive maintenance and optimization of building infrastructure, including electrical, industrial, and mechanical systems. You'll ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices in facility management. The position offers dynamic challenges in maintaining critical infrastructure, managing preventive maintenance programs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support our organizational growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs, upgrades, and system installations
- Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare detailed technical documentation
- Manage facility-related budgets and resource allocation efficiently
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex engineering issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines (PRC License)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management or building operations
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and facility management tools
- Experience with project management and budget oversight
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
