Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations and supply chain activities.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to schedule shipments.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Optimize logistics routes to ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and inventory movements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Singaporean Citizenship or valid work pass is required.
