Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues using CRM systems and knowledge base documentation
- Process orders, returns, and complaints following company protocols
- Collaborate with technical team to escalate complex issues
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce database
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic English proficiency (verbal/written)
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
