Tanggung Jawab
- Lead M&E system design and documentation for high-rise residential/commercial buildings
- Coordinate with architects and structural engineers to integrate M&E components
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia's Uniform Building By-Laws and industry standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets for M&E installations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor proposals
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable M&E practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E design experience in high-rise projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction codes and approval processes
- Proven project management and stakeholder communication skills
