We are currently seeking a qualified and results-driven M&E Manager to lead our engineering operations for a prestigious LTA / MRT project situated in the West Region. The role involves comprehensive oversight of Mechanical and Electrical systems from design conceptualization through to project completion. You will be the key point of contact for technical matters, ensuring that all site activities align with the highest industry standards and safety protocols. Our competitive remuneration package includes a base salary, a mobile allowance, and a performance-based bonus, complemented by a balanced work schedule of 5.5 days per week.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) construction activities and site operations in the West Region.
- Ensure strict compliance with LTA guidelines, local building codes, and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and budget utilization to minimize cost overruns and delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential risks, defects, or non-compliance issues.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, project managers, and external authorities to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive progress reports, technical submissions, and required documentation for approval.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, specifically within M&E or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience managing LTA or MRT projects is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services, fire safety systems, and electrical installations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License is required for site mobility.
