Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily CNC machining operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Assign tasks and prioritize workflow based on production schedules and machine availability
- Monitor scrap rates and tool life to optimize machining efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Train and mentor machine operators on equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality control measures
- Enforce 5S methodology and safety regulations to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory of cutting tools and consumables to prevent production delays
- Generate performance reports and recommend strategies for productivity enhancement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling systems, and precision measurement techniques
- Proven experience implementing 5S methodology and maintaining safety compliance standards
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to train, motivate, and develop technical teams
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications
- Experience with production planning and workflow optimization in manufacturing environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills during production challenges
