Join Brooks Instrument Malaysia as a Maintenance Engineer and become a vital part of our operations team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. In this critical role, you'll ensure our state-of-the-art facilities operate at peak efficiency while maintaining the highest safety standards. You'll be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, implementing preventive maintenance protocols, and optimizing systems to minimize downtime. This position offers a competitive salary package of RM 4,000 to RM 6,000 per month, with opportunities to grow your technical expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential equipment failures
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Implement and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and control systems
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Certification in OSHA safety standards preferred
- Experience with CMMS maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
