We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our manufacturing machinery and production facilities, directly supporting our commitment to operational excellence and safety.
Reporting to the Maintenance Assistant Manager or Supervisor, you will oversee the performance of all functions related to the maintenance department. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery, production lines, and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors to identify equipment issues and implement timely technical solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to company safety standards, ISO regulations, and environmental policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance logs, repair reports, and spare parts inventory management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of capital improvement projects and new equipment installations.
- Conduct safety inspections and equipment risk assessments to prevent workplace hazards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyor systems.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, electrical schematics, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and operation guidelines.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A or B) is a strong advantage for site travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
