Gain City Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer (ASRS) to join our operations team. We are looking for a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment to oversee the maintenance and optimization of our Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS). Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless, daily operation of our warehouse logistics, minimizing downtime, and enhancing system efficiency.
As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our automated equipment. This includes conducting routine inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors to implement system upgrades and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections of ASRS machinery to ensure operational readiness.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in automated storage systems.
- Execute necessary repairs and replacements to minimize warehouse downtime and operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for system optimization and workflow improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety standards, health regulations, and environmental policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, work orders, and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide technical support to junior staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in maintaining or repairing ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems).
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and conveyor systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residence status.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting purposes.
