Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure maximum plant availability.
- Lead the planning and execution of major turnarounds, including preparation, shutdown, and restart phases.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify mechanical failures and implement long-term solutions.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules using CMMS tools to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and plant standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a process plant or heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning methodologies and Turnaround Management.
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, safety-critical environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) registration is preferred.
